As someone that has struggled with anxiety, panic attacks, depression and confidence, I know first hand that the feeling of complete calmness feels a long way away. I have spent the last decade figuring out how best to find calm and have now got to a place where I feel at peace every day, even during the tough times.

I have done this using a wide range of resources to support me when I need it most and found that surrounding myself with a toolkit is the best way to find calm.
